App Subscription Terms of Purchase

Android Phone App

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled
  • Family subscriptions cover up to 5 device apps of any type: phones or tablets, including Apple devices
  • The Single phone 5 Year License is no longer available. The license may be transferred to a different phone as often as desired for up to 5 years after the license purchase date, after which date it will be locked to the device that was licensed at that 5 year date.
  • The Family 5 Year License is no longer available. The license covers up to 5 device apps of any type: phones or tablets. Devices may be replaced or changed as often as desired for up to 5 years after the license purchase date, after which date the license will be locked to the devices that were licensed at that 5 year date

Android Tablet App

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled
  • Tablet Family subscriptions cover up to 5 tablet apps, but not phone apps

iPhone / iPad

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled
  • Family subscriptions cover up to 5 device apps of any type: phones or tablets, including Android devices
  • 5 Year Family Licenses purchased for Android phone apps will also cover iPhone and iPad apps.
  • 5 Year Single Licenses purchased for an Android phone can be transferred to cover an iPhone app. However please note that the functionality of the iPhone app is different to that of the Android app. Please see the important note below.

Local Sales Tax

  • The above prices are exclusive of local sales tax which may be applicable depending on which state you reside in.

     

Changing from Android to iPhone

  • If you anticipate changing your child’s device from an Android to an iPhone in the future, please consider carefully which type of subscription to purchase. Whilst subscriptions or licenses for an Android phone application may be transferred to cover an iPhone application, no refunds will be given.
