Online Phone Control using the Parent Web Portal

Control and management your child’s smartphone or tablet, from your PC
The MMGuardian Parent Web Portal enables remote management of the MMGuardian application that is installed on your child’s phone or tablet, and provides detailed reports of phone usage.
The web portal supports remote control and reporting for the MMGuardian apps installed on Android devices as well as the app for iPhone and iPad.
Android
Use the MMGuardian Parent Web Portal to:

Additionally, you may set and edit configurations for:

The portal also provides various reports about how your child is using their device. This includes:

iPhone et iPad
Use the MMGuardian Parent Web Portal to:

- Lock or Erase a stolen or lost device
Additionally, you may set and edit configurations for:
- Web Filter (Safe Browsing)
- Control Device Functions, such as whether the camera can be used
- Set age-based restrictions on content from iTunes (apps, movies, TV shows)
- Disable app installation, in-app purchases and the iTunes store
- Disable use of downloaded apps
The portal also provides various reports about how your child is using their device. This includes:
- Web Sites visited
- Sites that were blocked
- Tamper Alerts
How To Use
To log into into the Parent Web Portal, use the email and password you used when registering the app on your child’s phone or tablet.
To access the site, click on the “Login” menu item from this website, or go to https://family.mmguardian.com
Please note that the phone or tablet must have a regular internet data connection to be able to successfully use the Parent Web Portal.
If you have not yet installed and registered the MMGuardian app on your child’s device, please first install either the MMGuardian Parental Control app for Android phones or the Parental Control app for iPhones and iPads.
*Note:
For Android devices: Location history, detailed call and SMS message reporting are not enabled by default, and require the parent to enable these functions.
