Creating and Managing Your Account

To create your MMGuardian account, either :

• Sign up at the parent web portal, or
• Register the Parent App app on your own phone, or
• Register the Parental Control app on your child’s phone

You will need to install a Parental Control app on your child’s phone and a Parent App on your own phone.

Please register all apps using the same email address and admin (parent) password, so that they are all associated with the same account.

Use the MMGuardian Parent App to configure the settings of the child phone app. The other reason to use a Parent App on your own phone is that reports and alerts from the child phone are sent to the Parent App.

Some account related functions can only be performed from the web portal, https://family.mmguardian.com. This includes deleting the registration entry for child phone apps that are no longer installed and in use, or deleting the account itself.
