Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions other than ones from Apple iTunes can be cancelled at the MMGuardian web portal.

Subscriptions from Google Play Store

Google Play Store subscriptions can be also cancelled from the PlayStore account from which the purchase was made. Please see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481

Subscriptions from Apple iTunes

Apple iTunes subscriptions can only be cancelled from the Apple account from which the purchase was made. Please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

Subscription Status

You can view your active subscriptions for MMGuardian from the secure web portal https://family.mmguardian.com. Log into the web portal using your MMGuardian admin email and password, and select the License Status menu item, bottom left.
