If you have selected the monthly subscription option for the parental control functions, the subscription can be cancelled at the parent web portal (https://family.mmguardian.com). Select the License Status menu tab on the left side of the screen. You’ll see the option to cancel the subscription.

Yes. MMGuardian and other tamper protection functions can be removed from the phone, so that it reverts to a standard Samsung phone. However, this change can not be made from the phone itself. If you wish to revert your child’s phone to a normal phone, please contact customer services at support@mmguardian.com.
