Return & Refund Policy - MMGuardian Phone
If you are not satisfied with your MMGuardian Phone purchase, you may return the phone and accessories in the original packaging for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order. You’ll be charged a $50 restocking fee if the phone is not in the original packaging with an unbroken manufacturer seal (ie. if the phone box has been opened, a restocking fee of $50 will apply).
Please follow the following process:
- Email support@mmguardian.com requesting an MMGuardian Phone Return Form
- To get a full refund, return the phone in the original unopened box and with all included accessories, along with proof of purchase and a completed Return Form, within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order.
Important Notes:
Please return the Device and accessories in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of your returned phone by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of said date of receipt, together with a refund for cancelling your MMGuardian subscription.
All refunds and exchanges will be reduced by any rebates, restocking fees, and shipping costs, if applicable in your case.
If you do not return your Device or if you return your Device in a damaged or altered condition, we may take one or more of the following actions:
• Elect not to process your service cancellation;
• Charge you the cost to repair a damaged or altered MMGuardian Phone; or
• Charge you the suggested retail price of a destroyed or altered MMGuardian Phone, plus any shipping and handling charges.
Presently, the MMGuardian Phone is manufactured by Samsung and has a one-year Manufacturer Limited Warranty provided by Samsung (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/legal/mobile/#standard-limited-warranty).
