Shipping Times

Orders placed before mid-day Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after noon on a week day will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will dispatch on the following Monday.

The standard delivery method is FedEx 2Day. Saturday and Sunday are not counted, and deliveries only occur on a week day.

Examples:

An order placed 10am Tuesday will usually be delivered on Thursday.

An order placed 3pm Friday will usually be delivered the following Wednesday.

Tracking:

You should receive a confirmation email when you place an order for a phone. You will be sent another email when the phone is shipped, containing the tracking information.
