The MMGuardian Phone

The Best Safe Phone For Kids

Samsung phones with MMGuardian built-in

We are excited to announce that the MMGuardian child phone app for Android now supports web filtering on major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and more!

Your child can now have the freedom to use their preferred browser, and you can have peace of mind knowing that they will still be blocked from inappropriate websites when Web Filter is enabled.

If web filtering is not enabled, browsing activity using Chrome and other major browsers will be reported but not blocked.

This new functionality is available in the child phone app versions 3.8.4 and above.

  • For earlier versions of the child phone app that are already installed, ensure that the app has been updated, and then open the app and go to Web Filter.
  • If web filter is already enabled, you will see a “Change” button where you can set web filtering to apply to Chrome/others.
  • For new app registrations, or when Web Filter is not yet turned on, you will be asked whether to use the MMGuardian browser or Chrome/others when you enable Web Filter in the child phone app.

If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

We hope that this will make the MMGuardian experience more enjoyable for both you and your child.
