No Recent Reports

There are a few reasons why report data may have not have been sent in for more than one day. Please review the items below. If you are still in need of assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Uninstall Protection has not been enabled
If the Uninstall Protection function has not been enabled, it may be that the app has been tampered with, or even uninstalled from the Android phone or tablet. Please check in the MMGuardian app on your child’s device, and enable this important function if it is not already turned on.

Device is being used in Safe Mode
Android devices can be powered up into “Safe Mode”. In this scenario, the MMGuardian app will not function correctly. When a device is used in Safe Mode, those words will appear at the bottom of the screen. If you suspect that this is the issue, please consider enabling the MMGuardian Safe Mode Lock function.

Mobile Data or WiFi has been disabled for an extended period
The child’s phone or tablet needs to be able to connect to the internet, to be able to send reports each day. Please check whether the device has an active internet connection via mobile data or regular access via WiFi.
